Batty had a fantastic outing for his 1st show, he attended the dual Humberside & Lincolnshire club show and had a fantastic day gaining 7 Red cards, his first CC, BOB and Best of Variety at the Humberside!!!!

A well grown young male, 9½ months old, and quite outstanding! A youngster
of overall excellence and elegance. Head of excellent type and well balanced.
Large ears of excellent shape and set. Excellent top of head. Excellent profile,
very good chinline and correct bite. Muzzle appeared to show a pinch, but
this was the result of him puffing his whisker pads. Excellent lines to wedge.
Eyes of excellent size, shape and set, very good clear green colour. Long
elegant neck. Excellent length to body. Long slender legs with neat feet.
Tail of very good length needing just a little more taper for perfection/
Very short close lying coat of excellent texture, dense glossy black and sound
to the roots. Excellent condition and a superb temperament, he really did
show himself to advantage. A young cat of overall excellence, and without
doubt one of the finest Orientals I have judged.

I was scheduled to judge Lincolnshire BOV Oriental but due to a slight confusion
Mrs Hamilton judged it and I judged Humberside BOV Oriental which she was
scheduled to judge! I had great pleasure in awarding BOV to Mrs Bailey's stunning
young Black male WESTGARTH BATOUTOFHELL. This lad certainly has all the qualities
you can ask for in an Oriental.

1ST - BAILEY'S WESTGARTH BATOUTOFHELL - Black Shorthair male
22/09/09 Long elegant body with good muscle tone to this male. He has long
slim legs and oval paws. Long whip tail. Good wedge held on slender neck with
straight lines running to the muzzle. Good green eyes of Oriental shape and
set. Good profile and level bite. Sound fine black glossy coat lies close
to his body. Lovely personality.

1 Bailey's WESTGARTH BATOUTOFHELL (37) M 22/9/09 Lovely youngster - now he
- even at this young age- has that 'wicked' look to him! Long wedge with super
roman profile, chin could be a tad stronger but ok and bite level, oriental
eyes of a very good depth of brilliant green, long neck and body - this super
muscle tone already, no doubting he is a boy! - tail is a good length but
just a little on the heavy side, stands tall on elegant legs. Glossy jet-black
coat, close fitting and perfectly sound to roots. First class temperament
- just loving the attention. I shall watch him with interest!

A very well grown young boy of very good type, he has a very large, strong wedge head, wide top and huge well set ears, straight profile, deep bearded chin and level bite, pale green eyes of oriental shape and set, large, long, strong body, long legs and oval paws, long tapering tail. Short, sound, glossy, jet black coat. A really super lad, well presented in excellent condition. Well done on becoming Best Oriental Adult in the Show

1. BAILEY’S WESTGARTH BATOUT OF HELL. M. (37) 10mths 4wks. Strapping long lithe youth. Long wedge, large ears spaced well, might show a trifle more flare for preference, Eyes of oriental shape, green could be more intense, but have lovely fierce expression. Excellent, smooth, gently convex profile, chin slopes back a little, bite meets. Body of huge length, limbs match and lengthy tail balances. Excellent shining black coat.
