Welcome to our website for the Pads 'N' Whiskas Pet Taxi

Pads 'n' Whiskas are based in Doncaster, South Yorkshire and we offer a taxi service to anywhere in the UK. Whether you need to transport you pet to the groomers, veterinary surgery or if you are moving home, we are able to transport your pet in comfort in our fully insured, purpose built vehicle. We offer a door to door service and you can even travel with your pet if required at no extra charge.

As pet lovers ourselves we understand how your pet means the world to you and we will always ensure that your pet is comfortable and well cared for during his or her journey. We request that you try to organise your trip in advance wherever possible, however we are usually available for emergency vet visits and our caring staff will ensure that your pet receives the very best of care and attention whilst in our care. We have a fully qualified Veterinary nurse available 24 hours a day to give advice where needed on the transportation of sick or injured pets so you can rest assured that your friend is in good hands.

As you can see our cage is large enough to accomodate any size dog. Here it is being modelled by our 2 (very large) Greyhounds and as you can see they have plenty of room.

We also have car harnesses in our vehicle for the dogs who prefer to travel on the seat next to their owners. For the smaller patients we have carrier cases that will transport your small dog, cat or rabbit in safe, secure comfort.

In the interest of health and hygiene all our cages are sprayed down with Trigene solution prior to the next patient.

Veterinary bedding is used in all our cages to ensure the comfort of your pet. This bedding is not only comfortable but should your pet have a "little mishap" on route then the bedding will soak this up underneath, leaving the top layer still dry. You can therefore rest assured that even the most nervous travellers should arrive at their destination clean and dry! Although we are usually prepaired for any mess if your pet is normally travel sick then we would appreciate it if you could pre warn us of this so we can ensure that we have even more extra blankets and cleaning products than normal to make sure that your pet is kept as comfortable as possible.
